▌TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS
***By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service written below. Please read until the end to clear all doubts and avoid misunderstandings. ***

My only way of Communication: EnglishI will have a total of 5 starting Slots, with a Max waitlist of 10-15 (Depending on the commissions to be done). If my slots or waitlist is full, I will notify you immediately if you'd like to be placed on the waitlist or if you are willing to wait through the pending waitlist.All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove, and I may Livestream on Twitch or record the drawing process and post it on my youtube upon further approval from You.Provide me with clear references of the characters along with good examples of their outfits and personalities (if needed) and let me know of all details and/or extra stuff that you’d like to include. (Price may vary if your design is complicated.)If your commission requires several reference pictures, once I have accepted your request please put all images in a Drive folder and send me the link so I can access them easily when I start drawing.Any ill behavior will not be tolerated. I have the right to cancel or turn down your commission at any given time if you do not follow these rules and/or make me uncomfortable.══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════▌PAYMENTAll payments will be done through PayPal in USD.Commercial fees are includedI only accept full upfront payments. Please wait until I send you a request confirmation as well as a PayPal invoice! Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.After you have paid, I will issue you a queue number so you can gauge how long it will be until your commission is finished.IF you have requested additional revisions, I will send another payment via before sending the final product.══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════▌PROCESS & DELIVERY || ILLUSTRATIONS ONLYCommissioned pieces can only have a maximum size of 3000px x 3000px with 360 DPI. If you want your commission in a certain size, please let me know right away.You will receive a WIP:
- When the sketch is done
- When the flat colors are done (for Cell Shaded/Rendered/Reference Sheet commissions Only)
- If you request to try out several small changes at once (eg. testing different eye colors because you're unsure which is best)
-These images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
- The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.You will be allowed to give me feedback and a total of TWO Free rounds of revisions after each WIP is sent, after which I will send you an updated WIP. At this point, you can choose to revert back to the previous version if you liked it more.Any further revisions pass the TWO free rounds will be charged, I will only have a Max of FIVE revisions. Once the changes have been confirmed, I will not take anymore change requests.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.This is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with what the piece looks like before I go ahead and finish it. Once your commission is done, I will email you the PNG and JPEG files. Note that there is no physical product.Your commission can/may take up to 3-5 weeks or up to 1-2 months to be completed depending on factors such as health, the order of commission, family issues, complexity, etc. If any of these occur, you will be notified as soon as possible. If I can acknowledge I won’t be able to complete your commission I will Refund You Personally or Notify you on how we can move forward.══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════▌PROCCESS & DELIVERY || 2DLIVE MODELSCommissioned models will have a maximum size up to 3500px x 3500 px (Size will vary depending on your assets), with 360 DPI.You will receive more constant WIP's:- When the sketch is done
- When Flat colors are applied to the full model
- The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work
- If you request several small changes at once (Testing colors or clothing because you're unsure which is best) I will provide a sample image with a watermarkYou will be allowed to give me unlimited feedback, including unlimited revisions (HOWEVER, If the requested revision is drastic, I will allow you up to THREE free revisions and will notify you on how many revisions you have left. I WILL NOT RESTART THE PROCESS FROM THE BEGINNING)Any further drastic revisions that pass THREE free rounds will be charged, I will have a max of SIX drastic revisions.A fee will be added if you want to add anything additional to the assets or if you change something very last minute- unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.This is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your model before finalizing it. Once your commission is done, I will email you the PNG file of the separated assets ready for rigging (Including any of the additional assets such as expressions or outfits.)If for some reason the assets need to be revised for rigging, notify me right away and I will send you an updated PSD file to your email.Your commission can/may take up to 1-2 months to be completed depending on factors such as health, the order of the commission, family issues, complexity, etc. If I can acknowledge I won't be able to complete your commission on time, I will Refund you Personally or Notify you on how we can move forward.══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════▌PROCESS & DELIVERY || OVERLAYS + EMOTESCommissioned Overlays will have a maximum size up to 1920px x 1080 px with 300 DPI.Commissioned Banners will have a maximum size up to 1200px x 380px with 300 DPICommissioned Panels will have a maximum size up to 320px x 600px with 300 DPICommissioned Emotes will have a maximum size up to 500px x 500px with 100 DPIYou will receive WIP's:- When the sketch is done
- When the template is about to complete (With no text)
- The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work
- If you request several small changes at once (Testing colors or effects) I will provide a sample image with a watermarkWith every emote and overlay, you will be allowed to give me feedback and a total of TWO Free rounds of revisions after each WIP is sent, after which I will send you an updated WIP. At this point, you can choose to revert back to the previous version if you liked it more.Any further revisions pass the TWO free rounds will be charged. I will only have a Max of FIVE revisions. · Promote myself within any place or site.
· Publish books with it (Artbooks, etc).
· Display anywhere to my liking.
· Post wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to;
· Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
· Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
· Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
· Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
· Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
· Altering the artwork without my consent. This includes removing my watermark.══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════▌CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI, the artist, have the right to cancel and refund the money of your commission at any time.If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner can cancel the order, but once the payment has been received and I’ve started to work on your commission, you have no right to demand a refund.If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════▌CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy!If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.
